Tyler Rode

Tyler is from Hartford, Wisconsin and an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He moved to Alaska two summers ago to work with Alaska Icefield Expeditions on the Denver Glacier caring for sled dogs. Tyler caught the bug and decided to help out at various kennels throughout the course of the 2016-2017 winter. In addition to helping out Ryno Kennel, Tyler assisted at Smokin' Ace Kennel and Darkhorse Kennel.

This winter, Tyler has returned to help train the Ryno yearlings and plans to run the Two Rivers 100. In his free time, Tyler enjoys running, boxing, and watching football.
