Tobin is a cross between a hoarder and that kid in high school who somehow manages to fit into every social clique. Tobin gets along with every dog he meets and is able to deescalate any confrontational situation, yet at the same time, he steals their bones and hoards them in his circle. For whatever reason, his neighbors don’t seem to mind. Last year, Tobin turned into a leader. Good boy Tobin!
